Sons of Thunder

Based out of Pell City, Alabama, Sons of Thunder is a band consisting of multi-instrumentalists Grayson Smith and Luke Hooper. Grayson and Luke met in high school while leading worship together. A friendship soon began due to a shared love of music and faith. Their name originates from the Mark 4 passage in which Jesus gives James and John the nickname "Sons of Thunder". They have a strong passion for their Christian roots and spreading the Gospel of Christ. They view their music not only as a great outlet, but as a message of love and joy. 

They began playing small venues in the winter of 2025 and have now begun releasing their own music, with their debut single "Another In The Crowd".

Sons of Thunder have a mission to spread the love of Christ to all who encounter their music.
